妇科腹腔镜手术并发症发生情况和影响因素分析

目的：探讨妇科腹腔镜手术并发症和影响因素,旨在为减少妇科腹腔镜手术患者并发症的发生提供参考依据。方法：选择2005年3月至2012年3月在我院妇科住院治疗的1228例腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,将查阅相关文献总结妇科腹腔镜手术并发症和影响因素编制成问卷来收集患者所有资料,观察患者有无出现肠道损伤、泌尿系损伤和出血等并发症,并对并发症处理的方法和可能原因进行总结和归纳。结果：在本研究入选的1228例妇科腹腔镜手术患者中,有9例患者出现并发症,发生率为7.33%,4例患者在腹腔镜下完成修补术,2例妇科患者经阴道进行修补术,2例患者经腹进行修补,另外,1例患者保守双侧肾盂造瘘、输尿管放置修复治疗,出现并发症患者经过上述修补成功。结论：充分的术前准备、规范的术中操作和术后密切观察能够有效减少妇科腹腔镜手术患者并发症的发生,提高手术的临床疗效,改善患者的预后。

Laparoscopic Gynecologic Operation Complications and Influence Factor

Objective： To investigate the complications and the influence factors of gynecologic laparoscopic operation,to reduce the complication of patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation to provide reference.Method： From Mar.2005 to Mar.2012 in our hospital for gynecology inpatient treatment of 1228 cases of laparoscopic operation patients as the object of study,the literature summary of gynecological laparoscopic operation complications and factors influencing the preparation of a questionnaire to collect data on all patients,patients with and without the intestinal injury,urinary system injury and complications such as bleeding,and the complications the processing method and the possible reasons were summarized.Result： In this study selected 1228 cases of gynecological patients with laparoscopic operation,9 patients had complications,the incidence was 7.33%,4 patients in the laparoscopic repair,2 patients of gynecological vaginal repair surgery,2 cases of patients with abdominal repair,in addition,1 patient conservative bilateral renal pelvis and fistula of ureter,indwelling prosthetic treatment,complications in patients with successful repair.Conclusion： Sufficient preoperative preparation,standardized operation and postoperative close observation of patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation can reduce the complications,improve the operation curative effect,improve the prognosis of the patients.
