CT对卵巢肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断的临床意义

目的：探讨双排螺旋CT在卵巢肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2006年1月至2012年3月在我院经手术病理证实的60倒卵巢肿瘤（其中良性肿瘤46例，恶性肿瘤14例）的双排螺旋CT的影像学表现，并统计诊断的准确性。结果：良性卵巢肿瘤检出47例。恶性肿瘤检出13例。良恶性肿瘤的CT表现差异明显，1例恶性肿瘤误诊。结论：双排螺旋CT能显示肿瘤的细微结构及其周围病特点，对大多数卵巢肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要的临床意义。

Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis Value of CT in Ovarian Neoplasm

Objective： To evaluate the diagnosis and differential diagnosis value of CT in ovarian neoplasm. Method： 60 eases from Jan. 2006 to Mar. 2012, were analyzed retrospectively, which contained 46 cases benign ovarian cystic lesions and 14 cases malignant ovarian tumors. All cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology. Result： The CT imaging examination show 47 cases were benign ovarian cystic lesions and 13 cases were malignant ovarian tumors. There were obvious image differences between benign cystic lesions and malignant ovarian tumors, and only one case was misdiagnosis. Conclusion： CT is able to differentiate the features between benign ovarian cystic lesions and malignant ovarian tumors, and has important significance in diagnosis and differential diagnosis in ovarian neoplasm.
