皮肤软组织扩张术在烧伤整形中的应用效果

目的：研究皮肤软组织扩张术在烧伤整形中的临床效果。方法：将2009年6月至2012年6月在我院治疗的60例烧伤病人随机分为两组，30例采用皮肤软组织扩张术进行治疗（观察组），30例采用复合皮移植治疗（对照组），观察两组治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率为100％，对照组的总有效率为76．67％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；观察组并发症发生率为13．33％，对照组并发症发生率为20．0％，两组比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论：皮肤软组织扩张术局部皮瓣转移后血运情况、质地、色泽、恢复良好，与邻近正常皮肤相似，是整形外科修复创面的较好方法。

Application Effect of Skin Soft Tissue Expansion in Burn and Plastic Surgery

Objective： To study the the clinical effect of skin soft tissue expansion in burn and plastic surgery. Method： From Jun. 2009 to Jun. 2012 in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of burn patients, They were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases with treatment of skin soft tissue dilatation { observation group ）, 30 cases of composite skin transplantation in the treatment of （ control group ）. And then observed the effect in the two groups. Result： The total effective rate in the observation group control group （ 100% ）, was 100% and 76.67%, The two groups had significant difference（ P〈0.01 ） ;The complication rate was 13.33% and 20% in observation group and the control group, two groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Skin soft tissue expansion of local skin flap transfer after revascularization, texture, color, good recovery, and the adjacent normal skin, is a plastic surgery to repair the wound better methods.
