35例重度子痫前期患者临床护理研究

目的：探讨临床护理干预对重度子痫前期患者血压和母婴结局的影响,为今后的临床护理工作提供参考。方法：选择我院2009年3月至2012年2月收治的重度子痫前期患者35例作为研究对象,均给予优质的临床护理干预,观察母婴结局,并比较干预前后患者血压水平的变化。结果：全部患者中31例期待治疗至足月终止妊娠,占88.57%;早产4例,占11.43%。其中剖宫产28例,占80.00%;经阴道分娩7例,占20.00%。新生儿死亡1例,死亡率为2.50%。未发生一例孕产妇死亡。与干预前比较,患者收缩压和舒张压均有不同程度的降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对重度子痫前期患者实施优质临床护理干预,可有效控制血压,延长孕周,改善母婴结局,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Nursing on 35 Cases Severe Preeclampsia

Objective： To explore the nursing effect on blood pressure in patients with severe preeclampsia and maternal and child outcome,provide a reference for future clinical nursing work.Method： 35 cases of severe pre-eclampsia patients,admitted in the hospital from Mar.2009 to Feb.2012 as the object of study,They were given the quality of clinical care intervention,observation of maternal and neonatal outcomes,and compared before and after nursing intervention on patients with blood pressure levels,changes.Result： All patients expect treatment to term termination of pregnancy,accounting for 88.57%;four cases of preterm birth,accounting for 11.43% of the 31 cases.Which cesarean section in 28 cases,accounting for 80.00%;seven cases of vaginal delivery,accounting for 20.00%.Neonatal deaths,one case,the mortality rate was 2.50%.None of the case maternal mortality.And intervention in patients with systolic and diastolic blood pressure are different degrees of reduction,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions： The patients with severe preeclampsia implementation of the quality of clinical care intervention can effectively control blood pressure,to extend the gestational age,to improve maternal and neonatal outcomes worthy of clinical application.
