常乐康联合消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿腹泻疗效观察

目的：观察和评价常乐康联合消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿腹泻的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将200例6个月至2岁的婴幼儿腹泻患儿随机分为4组（n=50），A组（常乐康）、B组（消旋卡多曲）、C组（常乐康和消旋卡多曲颗粒）、D组（对照组），在常规治疗的基础上加上分组内药物进行治疗，疗程为3d，对四组的治疗效果和不良反应进行比较。结果：A组、B组、c组、D组的总有效率分别为76％、66％、94％、36％，具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：常乐康联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿腹泻有显著疗效，优于单一应用，值得临床推广应用。

Observation of Combined Application of Changlekang and Racecadotril Granules in Treating Infantile Diarrhea

Objective： To observe and evaluate the effects of combined application of Changlekang and Racecadotril Granules in treating infantile diarrhea. Method： 200 infants, six months to 2 years old, were randomly divided into four groups as follows （ n = 50 ） ： group A （ Changlekang ） , group B （ Racecadotril Granules）,group C（Changlekang and racecadotril granules） , group D（control group）. Besides routine therapy the group A,B, C, D were treated with the group drug treatment. The courses in the 4 groups were 3 days. Then the efficacy and the adverse effects of the four groups were observed. Result： The total effective rate of group A, B, C, D was 76%, 66%, 94%, 36%. The result has significant difference. Conclusion： The Changlekang and racecadotril granules have evident efficacy on acute infantile diarrhea. Combined application is better than a single application, and worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
