针灸在上消化道钡餐透视中对促进胃排空的研究

目的 评价针灸与胃动力药在钡餐透视中增加胃动力的应用价值.方法 136例胃肠钡餐检查所示胃排出迟缓及障碍者,随机分为针刺组76例和口服胃动力药组(对照组)60例,针刺组采用针刺足三里、上巨虚、耳穴,部分兼刺中腕、内关、太冲.对照组给予口服吗丁啉.结果 76例胃排空迟缓及障碍者,经针灸后72例钡剂可迅速排出,占94.74%;60例口服吗丁啉者,50例钡剂短时内排出,占83.3%.结论 针刺足三里或兼刺耳穴等其他相关穴位,对钡餐透视中胃排出迟缓者有较为明显的效果,该方法在增加胃动力,促进胃排空方面,优于胃动力药,且简便易行,无副反应,有推广价值.

Clinical study on acupuncture improving gastric emptying during barium meal fluoroscopy

Objective To evaluate the effect on acupuncture and gastric motor drug improving gastric motor during barium meal fluoroscopy.Methods 136 cases with slow gastric emptying were randomized into control group(n=60),which was administrated Motilium and acupuncture group(n=76),which was treated by zusanli,Erxue acupuncture,partly Shangjuxu Zhongwan,Neiguan,Taichong.Results Barium meal could empty promptly in 72 of 76(94.74%) in acupuncture group and in 50 of 60(83.33%) in control group with significantly difference(P<0.05) between the two group.Conclusion Acupuncture can obviously improve gastric emptying,superior to gastric motor drug,moreover has simply,easy,no side-effect personality and should be applied.
