摘    要:目的 探讨巯基乙醇和维生素C对镉孵育红细胞GSH-Px活性的影响。方法 用酶联法分别测定对照组RBC、Cd孵育RBC、巯基乙醇+Cd孵育RBC、CitC+Cd孵育RBC的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性。结果 ①Cd孵育RBC的GSH-Px活笥显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);②巯基乙醇+Cd孵育RBC的GSH-Px活性与Cd孵育RBC的GSH-Px活性无显著性差异;③VitC+Cd RBC的

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of mercapto ethanol and vitamin C on GSH Px of erythrocytes incubated with cadmium.Method The activities of GSH Px of control erythrocytes,erythrocytes incubated with cadmium,erythrocytes incubated with mercaptoethanol plus cadmium and erythrocytes incubated with Vit C plus cadmium were assayed with the method of enzymelinked reaction,respectively.Results (1)The GSH Px activities of erythocytes incubated with cadmium was significantly lower than that of control (P<0 01);(2)There was no difference between the GSH Px activity of erythrocytes incubated with mercaptoethanol plus cadmium and that with cadmium;(3)the GSH Px activity of erythrocytes incubated with VC plus cadmium was significantly rised comparing with erythroccytes incubated with cadmium(P<0 01).Conclusion (1)The cadminm,which could enter into erythrocytes easily and inhibit the activities of erythrocytd GSH Px;(2)Mercaptoethanol had no function of preventing cadmium from damaging erythrocyte GSH Px;(3)VC could prevent RBC GSH Px from inhibiting by cadmium.
