| 摘 要： | 目的：总结治疗室上性心动过速１００例的体会。方法：经射频导管消融（ＲＦＣＡ）介入技术。结果：１００例中房室折反性心动过速（ＡＶＲＴ）６６例，慢－快型房室结折反性心动过速（ＡＶＮＲＴ）３４例，首次消融成功９５例（９５％），并发症３例，５例ＰＳＶＴ复发。结论：最终治愈率９２％。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To observe effects of invastive procedure for cure of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT). Methods:By use of radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCCA) for treatment of PSVT. Results:One hundred patients underwent RFCA procedure,include atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVRT) in 65 cases and slow-fast atrioventricular node reentrant tachyccardia(AVNRT) in 35 cases.The initial success rate for RFCA was 95%,3cases of complications were noted.Five cases patients recurrence PSVT. Conclusions:RFCA is a effective method for cure of PSVT.The end success rate was 92%. |
