摘    要:目的:建立雷奈酸锶干混悬剂含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,使用Welchrom-C1(85μm,4.6×250mm)色谱柱,以水(用磷酸调pH为2.0)-甲醇-乙腈(75∶15∶10)为流动相;检测波长为237nm,流速为0.8ml/min。结果:雷奈酸锶在20.14~60.42μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99998),平均回收率为100.1%(n=9)。结论:该方法准确可靠,可有效地检测雷奈酸锶干混悬剂的含量。

Determination of content of strontium ranelate for suspension by HPLC
Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for determination of Strontium Ranelate for Suspension by HPLC.Methods: The system used Welchrom-C18 column(5μm,4.6×250mm),and water(adjusted to pH2.0 with Phosphoric acid)-methanol-acetonitrile(75∶15∶10)as mobile phase with flow rate of 0.8mL·min-1,with detection wavelength at 237nm.Results Strontium ranelate in 20.14~60.42μg/ml range inside sexual relationship good(r=0.99998).The average recovery of strontium ranelate was 100.3%(n=9).Conclusion: The method was sensitive,accurate and can be used to control the quality of Strontium Ranelate for Suspension.
