川楝子与小鼠肝脏CYP3A活性的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:研究川楝子与肝脏CYP3A活性的相关性。方法:以聚乙二醇法提取肝脏微粒体,用红霉素-N-脱甲基酶活性的测定方法测定肝脏CYP3A活性。结果:川楝子大、小剂量组与正常对照组相比,肝脏CYP3A活性明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论:川楝子可能是CYP3A的抑制剂。

Abstract:Objective: To study the correlation for aconite with liver and intestinal of Mice CYP3A activity.Methods: with polyethylene glycol method extracting microsomal of liver and small of Mice,with erythromycin-N-off the methyl enzyme activity of method to detection the CYP3A activity of liver and intestinal.Results: the big and small dose group of aconite,compared with normal liver and intestinal CYP3A activity are obviously reduce(P0.05).Conclusion: aconite is probably CYP3A inhibitors.
