硫普罗宁治疗老年药物性肝损伤疗效观察

目的：观察硫普罗宁治疗老年药物性肝损伤的临床疗效。方法：将符合诊断标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组50例,给予维生素、氨基酸、肝泰乐等基础治疗,同时加用硫普罗宁肠溶片,4周为一个疗程;对照组仅给予基础治疗。结果：治疗结束后两组临床症状及体征、ALT、AST、TBIL等指标均有改善,且治疗组优于对照组,同时治疗组总有效率为98.0%,对照组为84.0%,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：硫普罗宁治疗药物性肝损伤具有良好疗效。

Clinical Observation of Tiopronin in Treatment of Elderly Drug-induced Liver Injury

Objective：Observe the clinical effect of Tiopronin in treatment of elderly drug-induced liver injury. Methods Divide patients that meet the diagnostic criteria into treatment group and control group. The treatment group has 50 cases, and is given vitamins, amino acids, Glucurolactone and other basic treatment, plus Tiopronin enteric-coated tablets, four weeks as a course; while the control group would only be given basic treatment. Results After the treatment, the clinical symptoms and signs, ALT, AST and TBIL etc of both groups are improved, and the treatment group is better than the control group. At the same time, the total effective rate of treatment group is 98.0%, while the control group is 84.0%, these two groups have significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tiopronin has a good effect in treatment of drug-induced liver injury.
