| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定当归-10味散中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。方法：反高效液相色谱法,甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液（26∶2∶72）为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为403nm,用外标法定量。结果：羟基红花黄色素A在（13.72～96.00）μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=29800X＋15115,r=1;平均加样回收率为99.21%（N=9,RSD=0.85%）。结论：方法可行,重现性好,能准确监控该制剂的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：Oestablisha HPLC method for the determination Of hydroxysafflor yellow A in dangui-15. Methods： Using C18 column（4.6mm×150mm,5μ）.The mobile phase consisted Of Methanol-acetonitrile-0.7%Phosphorie Acid（26：2：72）.The flowrate was 1.0ml·min-1 with UV detection at 403nm. Results：The liner range for the content of hydroxysaffloryellow A was （13.7-96.00）μg（r= 1, n=7 ）.Therecoveries of hydroxysafflor yellow A were 99.21%（N=9, RSD=0.85%）.Conclusions ：Th method is sample ,rapid ,accurate and is suitable for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in danggui-10.
