| 摘 要： | 目的 通过检测血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达了解其同大肠肿瘤临床因素的关系。方法 用免疫组织化学方法 (S—P法 ) ,运用单克隆VEGF抗体测定 5 9例大肠癌、 16例大肠腺瘤以及 12正常大肠标本中的表达。结果 大肠癌VEGF的阳性表达 39例 (6 6 10 % )高于大肠腺瘤的表达 (12 5 0 % ) ,有显著性差别 (P

| Abstract: | To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in colorectal neoplasm and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of VEGF in 59 patients with colorectal cancer and 16 patients with adenomas and 12 normal subjects were investigated using immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive rates of VEGF in colorectal cancer were significantly higher than that of adenomas (P<0.01);VEGF expression in colorectal cancer was significantly correlated with lymph node or liver metastasis (P<0.05).Conclusions Over-expression of VEGF in colorectal neoplasm was likely to show carcinomatous change and an increased character of metastasis. |
