| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃癌组织中C-erbB-2和p53的表达及其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法 应用免疫组化S－P法检测51例胃癌中C-erbB-2和p53的表达情况。结果 51例胃癌中C-erbB-2和p53的阳性表达率分别为23．5％和41．5％。周围非癌怀部分的组织均未见阳性表达。C-erbB-2阳性表达与胃癌的分化程度有关；p53阳性表达和淋巴结转移有关。C-erbB-2和p53阳性表达之间无明显相关性。结论 C-erbB-2和p53联合检测，对胃癌的早期诊断和预后判断具有一定的实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the relationship between CerbB-2 and p53 expression and biologic behavior of gastric carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical S-P methods were used in this study to detect C-erbB-2 and p53 expression were 23.5% and 45.1% respectively.No immunoreactivity was observed in the tumor adjacent normal mucosa.The expression of C-erbB-2 was correlated with degree of differentiation.The expression of p53 was correlated with lymph node metastasis.No correlation was found between the expression of C-erbB-2 and p53.Conclusion Determination of C-erbB-2 and p53 expression might be useful in early diagnosis and predicting prognosis of gastric carcinoma. |
