胃康胶囊对120例消化性溃疡患者血液一氧化氮及内皮素-1变化的影响

目的:探讨胃康胶囊对消化性溃疡的疗效及其在一氧化氮(NO)及内皮素-1(ET-1)负反馈调节水平上的变化意义.方法:将本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察两组疗效并对治疗前后NO-ET-1进行测定对比.结果:治疗组有效率(95%)明显高于对照组(77%)(P＜0.01).治疗组NO治疗前后差异有显著性(P＜0.01),而对照组差异虽具显著性(P＜0.05),但明显低于治疗组;两组ET-1治疗前均明显高于健康对照组,治疗后均有所下降,但治疗组明显优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:消化性溃疡患者的NO-ET-1水平有所改变,胃康胶囊可能是通过NO-ET-1负反馈调节环而起作用的.

Effects of Weikang Capsule on Blood Nitric Oxide and Endothin-1 Contents in 120 Cases of Peptic Ulcer

Objective:To probe into treatment of peptic ulcer with Weikang Capsule and observe its effect on blood nitric oxide(NO)and endothin-1(ET-1).Methods:The patients were randomly divided into a Weikang Capsule treatment group and a Cimetidine control group.Their therapeutic effects,and level of NO and ET-1 before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results:The effective rate(95%)in the treatment group was significantly higher than 77% in the control group(P<0.01). There was significant difference before and after treatment in the treatment group (P<0.01)and in the control group(P<0. 05),but the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group;the ET-1 level before treatment in both groups was significantly higher than that in the health control group and decreased after treatment,but the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:level of NO and ET-1 in the patient of peptic ulcer shows changes,and Weikang Capsule cures peptic ulcer possibly through NO-ET-1 negative feedback regulation.
