| Abstract: | The increasing trend of medical tangle and its high compensation has been a problem to hospitals. Standardizing the medical treatment is the base of preventing the medical malpractice,and is the key to it as well. The medical organization and medical staff need to pay attention to the norm of medical treatment and the relevant duty of care. |
