| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刺配合硬膜外注射法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 将299例腰突症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用针刺配合硬膜外注射法，对照组则单纯采用硬膜外注射法。结果与结论 治疗组治愈率和有效率为76．32％和97．37％，对照组分别为69．39％和87．77％，两组疗效经统计学处理P〈0．05，治疗组疗效优于对照组。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus extradural injection for treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods Two hundred and ninety-nine patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture plus extradural injection and the control group, by simple extradural injection.Results and conclusion The cure rate and effective rate were 76.32% and 97.37%, respectively, in the treatment group and 69.39% and 87.77%, respectively, in the control group. Statistical analysis of the effects in the two groups showed P< 0.05 . The curative effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group. |
