熄风化瘀法治疗头风病108例

采用熄风化瘀法治疗中医头风病患者１０８例，结果，显效率为７７．８％，总有效率为９５．３７％。认为头风病的主要病因病机是肝风、瘀血兼挟痰火或兼挟寒湿之邪，闭阻脑窍、脑络不通，不通则头痛。治疗当以熄风化瘀，佐以清化痰火，或温散寒湿之法。

108 Cases of Cephalic Wind Syndrome Treated by the Therapy of Tranquilizing Wind and Removing Stagnation

cases of cephalic wind syndrome were treated by the therapy of tranquilizing wind and removin stagnation.The total effective rate was 95.37% and the markedly effective rate was 77.78%.The author holds that the syndrome is due to liver wind and blood stasis with phlegm-fire or with cold-damp which block the encephalic orifices and lead to the obstruction of encephalic channels and collaterals The treating strategies should be tranquilizing wind and removing stagnation,along with the treatment of clearing heat and phlegm,and warming and removing cold and dampness.
