卵巢甲状腺肿临床病理学探讨

目的 探讨卵巢甲状腺肿的临床及病理组织学特征。方法 观察18例卵巢甲状腺肿的临床及病理学特征，并对有关病例进行免疫组织化学染色，同时复习相关文献。结果 卵巢甲状腺肿平均发病年龄42．7岁，盆腔肿物是主要的临床表现，部分患者可出现腹水等伴发症状，组织学表现类似于颈部甲状腺组织本身的病变，其中1例伴有对侧卵巢的甲状腺肿类癌。结论 卵巢甲状腺肿是一种发生在卵巢的，少见的单胚层畸胎瘤。

Clinical pathology study of the struma ovarii

Objective To study the clinical and pathologic features of struma ovarii.Methods Clinical data of 18 cases of struma ovarii were analyzed and the slides were re-examined under microscope with immunohistochemical staining. The related literatures were reviewed as well. Results The average age of the women with struma ovarii was 42.7 years old, whose clinic presentation was abdominal neoplasm, some accompanied by ascites. The pathologic character of struma ovarii was similar to those of the orthotopic thyroid. Conclusion The struma ovarii is a rare kind of monodermal teratoma of ovary.
