摘    要:目的研究烫伤合剂制备工艺,优选最佳提取工艺条件。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,以白藜芦醇苷为检测指标,用正交实验考察了3种因素(加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数)对其含量的影响。结果藜芦醇苷的最佳提取工艺条件为加12倍量水,煎煮1.5 h/次,煎煮3次。结论制备工艺合理。

Abstract:Objective To study the extracting technology condition of Tangshang Heji.MethodsPolydatin as index,HPLC and orthogonal test mehod was used to study the effect of three extracting factors(the amount of water,the extracting time,the number of times)on extracting rate of Tangshang Heji.ResultsThe optimum extracting condition were:twelve times of water,extracting one and a half hours and three times.ConclusionThe process is reasonable and favorable for industrial production.
