上海市10所医院中心输液室护理人力资源配置研究

摘    要:目的通过调查上海市各医院中心输液室护理工作量,计算该单元护理人力资源配置标准。方法采用文献回顾法、专家咨询法、现场凋查法进行研究。结果上海市各综合性医院中心输液室护理人力资源配置标准是病人数与护士数之比为1:0.08,专科医院病人数与护士数之比为1:0.15。结论建立适合中心输液室特点的护理人力资源配置标准,是满足输液病人服务需求的根本保障。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the workload and work out the standard of nurse staffing in the central transfusion room in Shanghai.Methods The standard of nurse staffing in the central transfusion room was studied based on the methods of literature review,Dephi's method and field investigation.Results The standard patient to nurse ratio should be 1:0.08 in general hospitals and 1:0.15 in specialty hospitals in the central transfusion rooms in Shanghai.Conclusion In order to meet the patients' needs,it is necessary to set up the standard of nurse staffing suitable to the features of central transfusion rooms.
