碘消毒剂对空气熏蒸消毒效果的观察

为了观察碘消毒剂熏蒸对室内空气消毒效果,采用定量杀菌试验方法进行了实验室试验。结果,在室温下,取含1 000mg/L有效碘的水溶液(2000ml/15m~3)加热熏蒸作用60min以上,对悬挂于墙壁上滤纸片表面污染的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌平均杀灭率达到99.999％以上;对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用90min,杀灭率仅为39.56％。用同样剂量熏蒸处理,对手术室作用60min,可使空气中自然菌下降率达70％以上,人在条件下使空气中菌数逐渐回升。该含碘溶液对小鼠经口毒性LD_(50)>5000mg/kg(体重)。结论,碘消毒剂溶液加热熏蒸消毒具有一定的杀菌效果,口服毒性属实际无毒级。

OBSERVATION ON EFFICACY OF IODINE DISINFECTANT FUMIGATION IN DISINFECTION OF AIR

In order to observe the efficacy of iodine disinfectant fumigation in disinfection of indoor air, quantitative germicidal test was used for laboratory test. The results showed that at room temperature, the average killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on filter paper strip hung on wall exposed to heating fumigation of the water solution (2000 ml/15 m~3) containing available iodine 1 000 mg/L for longer than 60 min attained over 99.999% and that of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores exposed for 90 min was only 39.56%. When the operating room was treated with fumigation of same dose for 60 min, the natural bacteria in air decreased by over 70% and the bacterial count in air rose again gradually when the room was occupied. The oral toxicity LD_(50) of this iodine-containing solution in mice was>5 000 mg/kg (body weight). Conclusions: Heating fumigation disinfection with this iodine disinfectant solution has certain germicidal efficacy and its oral toxicity belongs to actually nontoxic class.
