| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胆管造影在胆囊切除术中对可疑胆总管结石的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析本院在2005年1月-2007年5月间115例单纯性胆囊切除术中对可疑胆总管结石常规经胆管造影胆总管结石的发生率。结果术前B超显示18例无胆总管探查指征，97例有胆总管相对探查指征，均经胆管造影，28例探查证实胆总管下段结石。结论胆囊切除术中对可疑胆总管结石经胆囊管造影可发现隐匿性胆总管结石，能有效减少胆管残余结石，减少胆道损伤。

Clinical analysis of 115 cases with suspectable choledocholith by cholangiography in cholecystectomy |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of cholangiography in diagnosis of suspetable choledocholith in cholecystectomy. Methods To analyse retrospectively the rate of choledocholith in 115 suspetable cases of siniple cholecystectomy by cholangiography from January 2005 to May 2007. Results 18 cases had exploratory indication and 97 cases had choledoclaus exploration counter - indication,indicated by type - B ultrasonic before operation. 28 cases in all were confirmed to have inferior choledochus cholelith by cholangiography. Conclusion Routinal cholangiography in suspetable choledocholith cases in cholecystectomy can benefit to find insidious cholelith in cholelith , effectively decrease remanent cholelith and injury in biliary ducts. |
