冠心病患者并发糖代谢异常的临床研究

目的探讨冠心病患者糖代谢异常情况。方法对我院2002年1月～2006年1月门诊及住院的符合冠心病诊断的2342例患者，回顾性分析其糖代谢情况。结果冠心病患者中，糖尿病患者占50．9％，糖调节受损患者占20．4％，总的糖代谢异常者占71．3％。51．7％的糖代谢异常患者入院前被漏诊，入院前确认的糖尿病患者的治疗依从性欠佳。结论冠心病患者中绝大多数并发糖代谢异常，并且需要OGTT试验及时发现入院前被漏诊的糖代谢异常患者，心血管医师要更多地关注冠心病患者的糖代谢状态。

Glinical Study of Abnormal Glucose Metabolism in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

Objective To approach cbnormal glucose metabolism of patients with coronary artery disease. Methods Glyco - metabolism was retrospectively analyzed in 2342 cases with coronary artery disease, including outpatients and inpatients of our hospital according with the diagnostic standard of coronary artery disease duting the period from January, 2002 to January, 2006. Re, suits Among the patients with coronary artery disease, patients with diabetes mellitus amounted to 50.9 %, patients with impaired glucose regulation accounted for 20.4% ,and so the total patients with abnormal glucose metabolism made up 71.3%, among which 51.7% patients with abnormal glucose metabolism sere missed diagnosed before hospitaliza - tion;patients with confumed diagnosis of diabetes mellitus did not comply with the treatment very well. Conclusion Most of the patients with coronary artery disease are complicated by abnormal glucose metabolism,and need OGTT test to find patients with abnormal glucose metabolism who have been missed diagnosis before hospitalization in time; doctors in cardio -vascular deparment should pay coser attention to the glycometablism of patients with coronary artery disease.
