| 摘 要： | 目的评价肩锁钧板治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的疗效。方法2003年9月～2005年9月，手术治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折25例，完整随访18例，其中肩锁关节脱住7例，锁骨远端骨折11例。行切开复位，肩锁钩板内固定。术后早期肩关节功能锻炼。结果随访3～27个月，平均14．6个月。骨折全部愈合。术后9～12个月取出内固定，无骨折及脱住再发生。采用Karlsson分级标准进行疗效评定：A级16例，B级2例，无C级。结论肩锁钩板治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折可以解剖复位，保护关节面，恢复快，操作简易。
