肾细胞癌超声造影峰值强度与微血管密度的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨肾细胞癌超声造影峰值强度与微血管密度的相关性。方法对42例肾细胞癌患者术前进行超声造影检查,分析肿瘤的峰值强度,术后CD34单克隆抗体染色肿瘤组织,显微镜下计数肿瘤的微血管数。结果肾透明细胞癌超声造影的峰值强度为(35.64±5.00)dB,微血管密度为(65.71±20.14)条/HP,均高于嫌色细胞癌和乳头状癌(P〈0.05)。肾细胞癌超声造影峰值强度与微血管密度呈正相关性(r=0.665,P=0.000)。结论肾细胞癌的峰值强度反映微血管密度,可用于术前评估肾细胞癌的血管生成情况。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between peak intensity (PI) of contrast - enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) and microvessel density ( MVD ) in renal cell carcinoma ( RCC ). Methods Forty - two patients with RCC were examined by CEUS before operation, and the PI of tumor was analyzed. The tumor tissues were stained by CD34 monoclonal antibody after operation, the microvessel number of tumor was counted under the microscope. Results The PI of CEUS of clear cell renal cell carcinoma(CCRCC) was (35.64± 5.00 ) dB, the MVD of CCRCC was 65.71 ± 20.14 ,which was higher than chromophobe cell carcinoma and papillary carcinoma( P 〈 0.05 ). There was positive correlation between PI of CEUS and MVD ( r = 0. 665, P = 0.000 ). Conclusion PI can reflect the MVD of RCC, it can evaluate the angiogenesis of RCC before operation.
