赖氨酸锗对老龄小鼠空间分辨学习记忆和皮层海马M-胆碱受体的影响

摘    要:老龄小鼠须预选合格后随机分为对照组和赖氨酸锗(锗401)组。两组老龄小鼠均在空间分辨学习记忆实验结束后,取皮层海马脑区作[3H]-QNB饱和结合实验。结果表明:用药组老龄小鼠不仅空间分辨学习记忆能力较对照组有显著提高;而且其皮层海马M-胆碱受体(M-R)数量也明显增加,比对照组可提高约70%。两组间有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示锗401对M-R有向上调节作用。因此认为:锗401提高老龄小鼠空间分辨学习记忆能力有可能是通过对皮层海马M-R向上调节及增强中枢胆碱系统功能的结果。锗401等锗化合物有可能发展成为健脑益智药物,值得深入研究。

Abstract:Using Tri-arm Y-maze (DS-lype) method, the learning ability and memory of spatial discrimination was studied on aged mice treated with Ge401, Immediately after the Y-maze experiment the animals were decapitated and the cerebral eortexhippocampus were homogenized and 3H-QNB radioligant saturation biniding assay were performed. The results showed that Ge101 could improve the learning ability and memory as compared with control group, and the amount of Mcholiuoceptor of Ge401 group were about 70% highdr than that of control group (P<00.01). It is suggested that Ge401 possesses up-regulation aotion to M-cholinoceptor, and the improvement of learning ability and memory in older mioe may be attributede by this aotion.
