| 摘 要： | 先天性心脏病是指出生时即存在的心脏、血管结构和功能上的异常,为新生儿先天缺陷中最为常见的疾病之一。先天性心脏病的发生与胚胎心脏发育密切相关,近年来国内外学者在胚胎心脏发育的环境因素方面做了大量的研究,其中化学因素对胚胎心脏发育的影响日趋受到重视。进一步开展化学因素对胚胎心脏发育的基础及相关临床研究将有着重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Congenital heart disease(CHD)is a defect in the structure and function of heart and great vessels that are present at birth.Heart defects are among the most common birth defects and are closely associated with embryonic heart development.In recent years global researchers have done a lot of studies on the development of embryonic heart and environmental factors,especially regarding the effects of chemical factors on embryonic heart development.It will be valuable for further research into the effects of chemical factors on embryonic heart development. |
