| 摘 要： | 目的 对国内4厂家罗红霉素胶囊进行体外溶出度测定。方法 采用分光光度法测定罗红霉素胶囊的体外溶出度，并对溶出参数进行相关性分析。结果 4厂家生产的罗红霉素胶囊溶出度参数有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论 建议厂家对产品进行溶出度检查，以控制其内在质量，保证临床疗效。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveThe dissolution of roxithromycin capsules manufactured by four different factories was tested.MethodsThe dissolution of roxithromycin capsules was analyzed with spectrophotometry. The dissolutive parameters of different products were compared.ResultsSignificant differences in dissolutive parameters among the four products from different factories could be found.ConclusionThe dissolubility of products should be tested to control the quality and ensure clinical efficacy. |
