| 摘 要： | 目的观察凯西莱治疗酒精性肝病的疗效。方法36例酒精性肝病患者随机分为A组(治疗组)和B组(对照组),分别用门冬氨酸钾镁和凯西莱治疗,疗程均为45天。结果治疗组总有效率83%,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),治疗组症状缓解率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组ALT、AST、GGT下降幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论凯西莱治疗酒精性肝病疗效较好,优于门冬氨酸钾镁。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of Tioponin on the treatment of alcoholic liver diseases. Methods 36 cases of alcoholic liver diseases were randomly divided into two groups A and B. They received Tioponin and Potassium Magnesium Aspartate separately for 45 days. Results In Group A ,the total effective rate was 83%,which was significantly higher than that in Group B(P<0.05),the improvement rate of symptoms were more significant in Group B(P<0.05).the decrease of ALT AST and GGT after treatment were significant in Group A than that in Group B(P<0.05).Conclusins Tiopronin has better efficacy than Potassium Magnesium Aspartate on the treatment of patients with alcoholic liver diseases. |
