| 摘 要： | 目的 观察和分析人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的效果.方法 对67例70岁以上高龄股骨颈骨折患者,施行了人工股骨头置换术.结果 67例平均随访1年10个月,按美国Harris标准从疼痛、功能、关节活动及畸形四个方面进行临床效果评定,优23例、良28例、中13例、差3例,其中优良率达76.1%.结论 人工股骨头置换术是治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的理想方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and analyze the outcome of artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture. Methods Artificial femoral head replacement was performed on 67 patients over 70 years. Results All cases were followed up for 22 months.Clinical evaluation was made from four aspects(including pain,function,joint activity and deformation)according to Harris criteria,excellent in 23 cases,good in 28 cases,fair in 13 cases and poor in 3 cases,with 76.1%excellent and good results.Conclusion Artificial femoral head replacement is an effective method for treatment of patients in the old-aged with femoral neck fracture. |
