摘    要:目的 通过对发生输血不良反应的样本进行分析,探讨有效降低发生输血不良反应的手段和措施.方法 对71例输血反应样本进行血清学分析,即进行红细胞抗体、HLA抗体、血小板抗体筛查,分析产生输血反应的原因.结果 输血不良反应以发热多见,多次输血的患者易产生红细胞抗体(20例,占28%)、HLA抗体(30例,占42%,10例同时有细胞抗体),产生血小板抗体的比率小(1例,占4.1%).结论 建立规范化的制度并严格执行,应用输血新方法和新技术能够有效降低输血不良反应率.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the adverse transfusion reactions caused by transfusion, and identify an effective way to decrease the adverse reactions. Methods The data for blood transfusion adverse reaction; were collected an analyzed. Seventy-one patients who had transfusion reactions, were screened for RBC antibodies, HLA antibodies and platelet antibodies. Results The symptom of RBC transfusion reaction was mainly fever. Patients anti with multiple transfusion histories were much more easied to have blood transfusion reactions, and patients with multiple transfusios were prone to produce RBC antibodies and/or HLA antibodies, but anti platelet antibodies were much less lower. Conclusions Set up standard guidelines for blood transfusion and use new and advanced methods or techniques can reduce the adverse blood transfusion reactions.
