儿童厌食症与血硒、锌关系研究

目的探讨儿童厌食症与血硒、血锌关系。方法2006年9月～2007年7月门诊就诊,年龄1～7岁的50例厌食症儿童及50例健康儿童,采用终点法测血锌、血钙、血镁、血铁,电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱法测定血硒,并对其结果进行比较,使用SPPS11.0统计分析处理数据。结果厌食症儿童的血硒、血锌水平低于健康儿童对照组,差异有显著性（P〈0.01）;血钙、镁、铁与健康儿童相比,差异无显著性（P〈0.01）。结论厌食症儿童与血清硒、锌含量密切相关,低血硒更易诱发儿童食欲不振。

Association study of serum zinc,selenium levels and anorexia of children

Objective：To investigate the association between selenium,zinc levels of serum and anorexia of children. Methods：50 cases anorexia of children in policlinic and 50 cases of healthy children at 1～7 age from September 2006 to July 2007;levels of zinc,iron,calcium and magnesium were determined by end-point means,and selenium level of serum were determined by ICP. Then the results were analyzed by SPSS11.0.Results：The results showed that zinc level and selenium level in children suffering anorexia decreased significantly compared with healthy children（P〈0.001）.Conclusion：Anorexia of children was closely with content of serum zinc level and serum selenium level,low selenium level could be more result anorexic in children.
