交通性污染物对小鼠遗传毒性的影响

摘    要:目的与方法:采用Ame试验及精子畸形试验对长沙市湘雅路北站和松桂园3个有代表性的交通性污染路口现场染毒及实验室对照现场小鼠的遗传毒性进行研究。结果与结论:结果表明:染毒小鼠肺组织存在直接和间接的致突变物;小鼠胸骨嗜多染红细胞的微核率和精子畸形率明显高于对照组。同时说明交通性污染物对小鼠呈体细胞和生殖细胞的遗传毒性作用。

THE GENETIC TOXICITY STUDY OF TRAFFIC POLLUTANT IN THE MICE
Abstract:Purpose and Methods: By Ames test, micronucleus test and sperm diformity test, the genetic toxicity was studied for mice exposed traffic contaminated road in XIANG YA, BAN ZAN, SONG GUI. Results and conclusion: The results showed that there are direct and indirect mutagens in the lung tissue of contaminated mice, that the micronucleus rate of chest bone polychomatoerythrocyte(PCE) and sperm deformity frequencies in contaminated groups were higher than control group. The traffic pollutant had genetic toxicity effect on the somatic cell and germ cell in the mice
