综合疗法治疗早期中重度眼表烧伤的疗效观察

目的探讨综合疗法治疗急性中重度眼表化学伤和热灼伤临床治疗效果。方法对我科住院急性中重度眼烧伤40例(41只眼)进行综合治疗,包括手术前后正确及时的处理;Ⅱ～Ⅲ度眼烧伤行羊膜移植,Ⅳ度眼烧伤联合角膜缘移植,术后均联合软性角膜接触镜治疗。结果术后随访1～3个月,26只眼Ⅱ～Ⅲ度眼烧伤角膜透明。15只眼Ⅳ度眼烧伤中,角膜斑翳2只眼,角膜云翳3只眼;新生血管者5只眼。所有患眼均无睑球粘连,视力均有不同程度恢复。结论合理正确综合疗法治疗急性中重度眼烧伤疗效可靠,值得推广。

Clinical effects of comprehensive therapy for the patients with acute middle or severe ocular surface burns

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of comprehensive therapy,for the patients with acute middle or severe ocular surface burns.Methods Comprehensive therapy,including the prompt and proper treatment before and after surgery,were conducted on 41 eyes from 40 patients with middle or severe eye burns.Patients with degree Ⅱ~Ⅲ burns underwent amniotic membrane transplantation;patients with degree Ⅳ burns underwent amniotic membrane transplantation combined with limbal autograft transplantations.soft corneal contact lens were used after treatment.Results The follow up time was 1~3 months.26 eyes with degree Ⅱ~Ⅲ burns corneal epithelium recovered well.Among 17 eyes of degree Ⅳ,maculacorneae occurred in 2 eyes,corneal nebula occurred in 3 eyes,and neovascularization occurred in 5 eyes.Visual acuity recovered at different levels in all panien,and no symblepharon occured.Conclusion Appropriate comprehensive therapy is effective for acute moderate eye burn.
