| 摘 要： | Ｅｎｄｏｇｌｉｎ（ＣＤ１０５）是最可靠的内皮细胞增殖标志物，在肿瘤新生血管中过表达。基于Ｅｎｄｏｇｌｉｎ的靶向显像可以了解恶性肿瘤的血管生成情况，并为新生血管靶向治疗提供依据。在生物治疗方面，单克隆抗体在恶性肿瘤治疗中的地位越来越重要，因而基于抗Ｅｎｄｏｇｌｉｎ抗体的肿瘤靶向治疗在近年来受到广泛关注。本文将对基于Ｅｎｄｏｇｌｉｎ的靶向诊断及治疗作一简要综述。
