阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征自动压力滴定的护理

目的：提高持续气道正压治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的成功率,从根本上改善阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的生活质量。方法：对在我院接受呼吸机自动压力滴定治疗的92例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者进行总结分析,并给予积极护理。结果：92例进行压力滴定患者中72例效果显著,20例失败。结论：医护人员要想提高患者的治疗效果,就必须重视自动压力滴定前的各项准备工作及心理护理,加强压力滴定的全程护理及健康教育。

Nursing of qutomatic pressure titration in obstructive sleep apned syndrome.

Objective：Improveing the rate of the continuous positive airway pressure treatment for the obstructive sleep apnea syndrome（OSAS） has fundamentally improved the life of the patients with OSAS.Methods：92 of patients with OSAS who received automatic pressure titration ventilator treatment in our hospital were analyzed.Results：Among 92 cases of patients with pressure titration,20 were failed,.Conclusion：To improve treatment effect of patients,it is necessary for health care stuff to attach importance to the preparatory work before automatic pressure titration and psychological care, and strengthen the entire care of titration pressure and health education.
