荔枝核皂苷含量测定及提取工艺优选研究

摘    要:目的:研究荔枝核皂苷含量测定方法及确定最佳提取工艺及参数。方法:采用比色法测定荔枝核总皂苷含量,采用正交实验设计,以荔枝核总皂苷的含量为指标,考察乙醇用量、回流时间、回流次数、乙醇浓度4个因素对荔枝核总皂苷提取率的影响。结果:荔枝核皂苷最佳提取工艺为A1B3C3D2,即6倍量乙醇,每次回流2h,回流3次,乙醇浓度为70%。结论:比色法可以对荔枝核总皂苷进行含量测定,优选的工艺条件提取效率较高且经济方便,适用于生产应用,为开发荔枝核皂苷的制剂及新药提供了理论依据。
