参麦注射液对骨关节炎模型动物关节软骨胶原含量的影响

目的：探讨参麦注射液用于骨性关节炎保守治疗的可行性。方法：家兔经石膏外固定后肢膝关节于伸直位，建立骨性关节炎实验动物模型，随机分为1盐水对照组2参麦治疗组，每组各15只。在模型建立后1天起两组实验动物分别经耳缘静脉注射无菌生理盐水和参麦注射液，每周两次，每次生理盐水、20%参麦注射液各10ml，按设计于固定后3、6周处死家兔，每次每组5只。6周后余下家兔解除固定，自由活动至9周，处死，切取关节软骨，Mallory染色观察实验动物关节软骨胶原含量的变化情况。结果：参麦注射液能够明显减缓软骨胶原的丢失，并在解除固定后显著增加胶原纤维的含量。结论：参麦注射液对骨性关节炎关节软骨具有修复作用，可望用于骨性关节炎的保守治疗。

Effect of Shenmai Injection on Collagen Content in Articular Cartilage of OA Rabbit

Objective:To relate the collagen content represented in the articular cartilage by Mallory staining analysis to Shenmai Injection treatment.Methods:OA rabbit model was established by plaster fixation on patella joint and experimental animals were randomly divided into two groupsl.control group and 2 shenmai group.Rabbits in two groups were injected physiological saline(10ml) and Shenmai injection(20%) respectively through ear side vein.In group 1,collagen depletion started to strongly increased on week 3 and week 6 and still remained high on week 9 after fixation having been raveled since week 6 end.In contrast,collagen breakdown was prominently reduced in the articular cartilage in group 2 and collagen content strongly re increased compared week 9 result with week 6.Results:Not irreversible collagen loss indicates that Shenmai Injection can help articular cartilage withstand a limited degree of OA development.Conclusion:Shenmai Injection can significantly slow down the loss of collagen and repair cartilage and may be used to treat OA.
