| 摘 要： | 目的:建立舒心宁片的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法鉴别丹参、川芎、当归、赤芍。HPLC法同时测定原儿茶醛、原儿茶酸的含量。结果:TLC色谱中可明显鉴别丹参、川芎、当归、赤芍,原儿茶醛,平均回收率为99.6%。RSD=1.6%;原儿茶酸,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD=1.5%。结论:本方法简便、可靠、准确、专属性强,可用于该药品的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the quality standard for ShuXinNing tablets.Method:Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Rubra in this medicine were identified by TLC.The content of protocatechuic aldehyde and protocatechuic acid in this medicine was determined by HPLC.Result:The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguished well.The average recoveries(n=6)of protocatechuic aldehyde and protocatechuic acid were 99.6% and 98.4% with RSD 1.6% and 1.5% respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable,and accurate,it can be used for quality control of shu xing Ning tab- lets. |
