| 摘 要： | 本文报道手术治疗小儿室间隔缺损伴肺动脉高压98例的结果。手术时年龄、肺动脉高压程度与死亡率有显著关系,年龄小于1岁,重度肺动脉高压者死亡率最高。术后死亡12例,死亡率12.3％,提出降低手术死亡率的关键是严格掌握手术指征,充分的术前准备,术中的心肌保护和术后的呼吸管理。

| Abstract: | From 1978 through 1988, 98 cases of ventricular septal defect with pulmonary hypertension were operated upon in our hospital. The mortality was 12.3%(12/ 98). It was closely correlated with age and severity of pulmonary hypertension. Children under 1 year and those with severe pulmonary hypertension were poor risks. It is suggested that the key to decrease mortality lies in adherence to strict surgical indications, optimal preoperative preparation, myocardial protection during the isohemic period and postoperative respiratory care. |
