丹皮酚对动脉粥样硬化大鼠CRP的影响

目的探讨丹皮酚对动脉粥样硬化（AS）大鼠血清炎性因子C反应蛋白（CRP）的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养和维生素D3腹腔注射的方法建立大鼠AS模型,分为正常组、模型组、阳性组（辛伐他汀10mg/kg）、丹皮酚组（20mg/kg）,每组8只。灌胃给药4周后,各组取血清,ELISA法测定CRP的表达水平;取主动脉,光镜下观察病理改变,进行作病变分级评分。结果丹皮酚能改善AS大鼠的主动脉病变,与模型组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;丹皮酚可降低血清CRP水平,为（6.0±1.5）ng/L,与模型组（8.8±1.3）ng/L比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论丹皮酚治疗大鼠AS的作用机制可能与降低炎性因子CRP的表达、抑制炎症反应有关。

Effects of Paeonol on CRP in Rats with Atherosclerosis

Objective To investigate the effects of paeonol on C reactive protein （CRP）in rats with atherosclerosis （AS）.Meth-ods Rats model with AS was established by administration of high fat diet and vitamin D3 （i.p.）.Rats were divided into 4 groups （n=8 each group）at random,namely normal group（n=8）,model group（n=8）,positive group（simvastatin 10 mg/kg,n=8）,and paeonol group （paeonol 20 mg/kg,n=8）.After 4 weeks of oral treatment,the sera of all rats were collected to determine the levels of CRP by ELISA,and the aortic pathologic changes were observed and graded under microscope.Results Administration of paeonol （20 mg/kg）improved the severity of aortic pathology in AS rats.The pathologic grade in paeonol group showed a significant differ-ence compared with that of model group （P〈0.01）.Paeonol markedly decreased the serum CRP level （6.0 ng/L±1.5 ng/L）in rats with AS,which showed significant differences compared to that of model group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Paeonol showed certain ther-apeutic effect on AS rats,and the mechanisms might be involved in inhibiting the expression of CRP.
