| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨新型毒品所致精神障碍患者家属心理健康状况及其影响因素.方法 采用症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)对136例新型毒品所致精神障碍患者的家属进行心理测评,并对影响因素进行分析.结果 新型毒品所致精神障碍患者家属SCL-90的总分和各因子分显著高于国内常模(P＜0.05或P＜0.01),影响心理健康的因素有患者家属的经济状况、医疗费用支付方式、患者的住院(戒断)次数及对疾病的了解程度等.结论 新型毒品所致精神障碍患者家属的心理健康状况明显低于一般人群.在治疗患者的同时,应重视患者家属的心理健康状况和需求.
