| 摘 要： | 目的探讨癌性大呼吸道梗阻患者行腔内冷冻切除及支架置入术的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2009年5月至2010年9月在某院行呼吸道肿瘤腔内冷冻切除和(或)带膜钛合金网状内支架置入术的33例癌性大呼吸道梗阻患者的治疗及护理过程。结果 28例患者呼吸道梗阻、呼吸困难及两肺感染完全缓解。5例患者呼吸道梗阻部分缓解,呼吸困难及两肺感染减轻。33例患者中位生存期为10.7个月。结论术前加强心理护理,充分做好各项准备工作;术中注意病情观察、协助医师完成操作;术后密切观察生命体征变化,预防并发症发生,是保证手术安全的必要措施。
