| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨下肢静脉曲张微创术后患者实行自我管理的效果.方法 将892例下肢静脉曲张微创术后患者分为对照组和自我管理组,两组患者在健康宣教、康复指导和出院随访等方面都有所不同.比较两组患者的住院天数、住院总费用、术后恢复正常工作的时间、伤口感染率和患者满意度等指标.结果 自我管理组患者住院天数、住院总费用及术后恢复正常工作的时间均少于对照组,患者满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者伤口感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 对下肢静脉曲张微创术后患者实行自我管理,有助于患者的顺利康复、提高患者的满意度,更重要的是由于住院时间的缩短,大大提高了卫生资源的利用率,体现出良好的经济效益和社会效益.
