某军队医院骨科医疗合作增收探析

目的论证军队医院科室开展医疗合作的增收效果。方法采集某军队医院骨科2006年12月一2010年11月医疗收入数据,将其间两个阶段(医疗合作前后)的总收入及其构成,进行统计、比较、分析,以收入的相关数据变化来显示医疗合作的优势。结果开展医疗合作后,该院骨科医疗收入较之前有显著提升,收入构成比明显优化。结论面临国家医改新政试行,军队医院(尤其中小型医院)通过医疗合作方式,合理合法借助社会优质资源,能够弥补在规模、资金、设备、机制等方面存在的不足或缺陷,带动学科建设,有效催化和促进增收,提高医院整体发展力和区域竞争力。

Income Analysis of Orthopedic Medical Cooperation in a Military Hospital
