| 摘 要： | 目的:回顾分析根管显微镜结合超声器械对复杂的牙髓及根尖周疾病患牙治疗的临床疗效。方法:收集常规方法无法完成治疗的257例420颗大面积缺损的患牙,于根管显微镜下使用专用超声器械进行根管再治疗,统计成功率。结果:根管显微技术进行根管再治疗的总体成功率为63.33%,失败例数为154例(36.67%),失败病例中31例患牙(20.13%)因患者未能及时复诊制作修复体保护患牙,导致患牙咬硬物折裂失败;91例患牙(59.09%)因为根管完全钙化堵塞而无法完成治疗;18例患牙因为严重的牙周病导致牙齿拔除;14例患牙因为治疗中出现髓室底穿或根管壁侧穿失败。结论:根管显微镜和超声器械的使用,为根管再治疗提供了行之有效的方法。
