| 摘 要： | 目的 结合军队医院宗旨,不断提升科室"为兵服务"质量.方法 通过制定"为兵服务"指标并设定权重值对科室服务质量进行跟踪绩效考核.结果 通过全面的数据跟踪、监控、考核和客观评价,科室的服务意识有明显的提升,为兵服务满意度达到了98%.结论 基于"为兵服务"为核心的跟踪绩效管理有利于军队医院更好地履行使命,提高服务水平.
