护生对临床实习柔性管理需求的调查

目的探讨护生对临床生产实习柔性管理的需求,为改进临床教学管理模式提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷,于2008年6月至2010年3月对122名实习护生的柔性管理需求进行调查。结果护生对临床实习柔性管理的需求是多方面的,主要体现在情感需求、心理需求和激励需求等方面,排序前5位的是与护生进行心理沟通和加强情感支持(91.80%)、为护生讲解专科知识及操作技能(77.87%)、尊重与爱护护生(71.31%)、为护生弹性排班(69.67%)、征求护生意见或建议及师生互评(67.21%)。结论护生对临床实习的教学管理需求体现了柔性管理5个方面的内涵,即情感管理、民主管理、激励管理、人力资源管理和组织行为管理;实施"以人为本"的柔性管理可以充分发挥实习护生的积极性与创造性,是提高临床教学质量与水平的必要条件。

Needs Survey of Flexible Management for Clinical Practice in Student Nurses
