北京三所综合性医院手术室护士发生锐器伤的调查

目的了解手术室护士发生锐器伤的原因、种类等,为制定针对性的防护措施提供依据。方法 2009年10月至2010年10月,采用自行设计的问卷对北京三所综合性医院手术室的154名护士进行调查。结果手术室护士锐器伤的发生率为100%,以缝针刺伤最常见,多发生在手术配合时,疲劳是最常见的致伤原因。结论手术室护士锐器伤发生率高,临床工作中应加强对护理人员职业防护知识的教育,制定有效的防护措施,以避免或减少锐器伤的发生。

Investigation on Sharp Instrument Injuries in Operating Nurses in Three Comprehensive Hospitals of Beijing
